Sparks of Hope

"Sparks of Hope" is a true story. It is happening right now! My friends, the Porters are adopting and I am very excited to be able to write about it! Sooner or later I will start on it, after I finish the one I am doing now!
Katia Ramvolar has lived in the orphanage #4 in Ukraine for years. She's fifteen and she will be kicked out of the orphanage when she turns sixteen. Which is soon. She fears what probably will happen; she will be thrown out onto the cold streets. She had no family or friends to turn to. But on her birthday, she is not kicked out. It is a miracle sent from God! The orphanage never does this.
Katia is thankful beyond the clouds that a family, the Porters are adopting her. But she wasn't prepared for thre news that she is moving the America. America. She has heard of it. Where the people can say what they want, believe what they want and for the most part, do what they want.
She is in utter shock when she sees the beautiful houses and shops that line America. But she is suprised at the heat of Texas, her new home. Everything is exciting to her! Riding in the car to baking cookies. She learns about God and becomes closer to him. All while making friends with her sister Hannah and their friend Savannah Lyle.
